Diane Chapman is admitted as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and has experience in class action representative proceedings, commercial litigation and international trade law. Diane is also a founding member and current Secretary and Public Officer of the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) National Co-ordination Committee Australia.
Diane has post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance, Financial Planning and Legal Practice and is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Sydney.
She has had several law articles published in the New York State Bar’s International Journal on Micro Finance and International Arbitration and has just completed a paper under mandate from UNCITRAL (Asia Pacific) on enhanced Access to Justice in the ASEAN region and the role of UNCITRAL which will be published by the UN in December 2015.
