On 10 December 2018, the Court made orders consolidating the two proceedings respectively titled ‘Andrew John Wyma v Quintis Ltd & Anor NSD 1568 of 2017’ and ‘Excel Texel Pty Ltd v Quintis Ltd & Anor NSD 1983 of 2017’ into one proceeding to be run by Gadens.
